Who We Are
Our mission is to build the anti-racist leadership capacity of educators towards the co-creation of a fully equitable education system in partnership with students, families and organizations in the St. Louis region. We envision a transformed education system that is free of racism and harmful practices, policies and systems negatively impacting black and brown students.

What We Believe
Transformed people, transform systems. We all have a role to play in achieving racial equity in education. We believe that focusing on racial equity provides the opportunity to introduce frameworks, tools and resources that support educators in their application to all areas of inequity.

Who Should Apply
This fellowship is for those directly connected to the education system in St. Louis as educators, administrators, board members, program/executive directors of education facing organizations and education entrepreneurs working toward transformational systems change.
